Superb location.

Liked: Super convenient. Great breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing

Good

Liked: Staff were very welcoming and friendly and couldn't have done more to help. However, staff were not always available, even to give keys back to. Having said this, facilities for dogs were excellent and so easy to access, including being able to go out at night time. The room was clean, albeit with some furniture damage in places (though this could have been dogs, so understandable!) As other comments have stated, updating would be a positive, but completely understandable in this climate that this may not be the priority. Staff were brilliant and made the stay.

Disliked: Bathroom door wouldn’t close, massive chip out of bath and, hopefully, limescale stain in toilet

Liked: Never met such accommodating staff in any hotel I've ever stayed in. I took my one year old son and they were happy to store his milk and also warm bottles for us when needed. Everyone went above and beyond for us.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.
