Nice stay in Vail but...

Liked: The hotel decoration was beautiful and it was located I. Front of the Vail Village garage. You can also unload your bags in front of the hotel.
Disliked: The mattress was terrible. You can unload your luggage in front of the hotel BUT they have some stairs at the entrance. I gelt sorry for the guy who was carrying our bags.

Disliked: The beds springs were coming through the mattress and poking, the mattresses caved into the middle.Scheduled a couples massage they booked it wrong so we were u able to get our massages. Not the most friendly staff.

Superb

Liked: We had an awesome room with tons of space and the hotel was not far from the village or the ski school. The staff was amazing, they gave great recommendations and helped us at every turn. I had a second room and had to cancel due to an unexpected injury and they were so helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was delicious!
Disliked: Ok I’m not gonna lie, it’s an awesome hotel with huge rooms, but it was a bit of a sticker schock! Still everyone was kind and helpful - the only thing I would say is it can be a cold walk home after ski school in the snow, but really it was still awesome!
