Good

Liked: Room is very nice and spacious. Quiet hotel, very clean.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub is across the parking lot. The pictures on the website shows a warm and welcoming environment but there are only flood lights on at the pool. The windows don’t have black out shades. The elevator is very slow.

Disappointing

Liked: Large rooms, large pool and hot tubs
Disliked: Apparent staffing issues resulted in some areas not as clean as desired (ie. pool area, dishes not removed common kitchen areas next to elevators). Price higher than it should be for what is offered. Noisy road traffic interferes with sleep

Exceptional

Spacious room, great location, and...

Liked: Spacious room with everything I needed, great backdrop out the window, next to a grocery store and gas station, and walkable to a few local eateries and the brewery.
Disliked: The shower could’ve been cleaner and there wasn’t daily service to replenish and make up the room.

Expensive hostel not for families,...

Liked: The room design was cool
Disliked: Room was dirty when we arrived and we waited half an hour for someone to come and vacuum the previous peoples dog hair and Doritos that we’re all over the floor. The microwave is communal and it’s filthy. Wifi was non existent both passwords they gave us didn’t work, then we could only get one phone to join even though it was the same network and password. Pretty ridiculous. Shower pressure was very low especially the hand held device. Beds were really uncomfortable for us they’re very soft. There’s no complimentary coffee even in the morning only one sachet in the room. Very expensive for what you get, basically a renovated hostel perfect for hostel going types that don’t care about cleanliness and noise.

Unhappy and will not book...

Liked: Nothing at all now! We were considering a membership until this place charged us $100 because the housekeeping manager said the room smelled like cigarette smoke. My husband and I have NEVER smoked!

Superb

Liked: Modern, looks fresh, big rooms, good location to downtown
Disliked: Sound isolation from the road could be improved a bit

Liked: Great location. Modern and sleek and plenty of room. Comfy bed.
Disliked: Afternoon host a little businesslike and not too friendly.
