Superb

Liked: It was excellent value for money and the staff were lovely during our stay. The room we had was fantastic and had a great view and was always clean and tidy. Some reviewers have bemoaned the breakfast but I thought that it was value for money with fresh juices, cereals, cheeses and meats available with yogurts, bread and fruit. We were always offered fresh coffee every morning and it was just lovely to be honest.The location was really good too and although Gaite is the closest metro station the hotel is also equidistant to Alesia and Montparnasse Bienvenue in either direction.
Disliked: There really wasn't anything to complain about.

Nice new hotel close to...

Liked: Nice area, close to metro, few restaurants and shops Silent comfortable rooms Helpful staff Good breakfast with quite a lot of choice of both salty and sweet productsFresh water dispenser and iced tea available for free
Disliked: Room is small and there’s no closet (too keep in mind for a long stay)

Wonderful stay in Montparnasse

Liked: Great location close enough to central Paris with neighborhood charm. The room was soundproof and very clean. The breakfast was pretty decent. All of the employees were wonderful. There was a water filtration system on the ground floor to refill your water bottle. Will stay here again next time I’m in Paris.
Disliked: Nothing - room a little small, but being from NYC it was as expected for a hotel room in a big city.
