Very good

Liked: The room was as expected for a budget motel. The bed was very squeaky though, so that was a challenge as it made noise with every minor movement.
Disliked: A microwave in the room would be an improvement. And the squeaky bed as stated above. Otherwise the room was as expected.

I'll use again

Liked: I like location and room was clean
Disliked: That there wasn't n actual blanket

Not the Ritz but cheapest...

Liked: The price is definitely better then most. Can't beat 100$ a night on short notice on a weekend. It has a gas station a 1 minute walk away. It also has a restaurant across the parking lot. It's not the closest to central Surrey. About 20-25 minutes away. Decent if you have business in White Rock.
Disliked: Be cool if it had some kind of breakfast. Even just cereal or fruit. The walls and floors aren't very sound proof. Could hear every little foot step upstairs. But they had kids.
