Bad

Disliked: When I first booked this hotel on booking.com, it said it had an electric car charger, but when I got there, there was no electric car charger or parking. We rented a parking space far from the hotel for $35 per day. When I told the receptionist about this, he was furious and laughed at me. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Good Central location in Chinatown....

Liked: Location. It was half mile from a BART station, and one block from the Dragon Gate to chinatown. I enjoyed the ambiance of Chinatown. Staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the Vintage stained glass windows on the 6th floor. And the price was right.
Disliked: Beds were very hard and I had to use a blanket to try to pad it. My pillow was lumpy, although I was able to exchange it. There is no refrigerator to keep restaurant leftovers. Space was cramped.

Wouldn't book again

Liked: Not expensive
Disliked: Terrible noise from both the street and the other rooms. Thin walls and thin windows. No ac or heat control for the rooms. Was told parking was included but then told it was just a discount from normal garage costs. No coffee, scrappy shower spraying water everywhere. Alarm went off at 5am from precious guest (housekeeping didn't check and reset alarm). Etc etc

Exceptional

Liked: My son and I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for with such genuine kindness and peace. There was a calm and uplifting atmosphere that brought us so much comfort. Every smile and thoughtful gesture felt guided by something greater. We’re truly thankful for the experience and for the people who helped make it feel like a home away from home.Wishing continued blessings to everyone there.
