I came down from WA to see a show and needed an affordable room for a few days. The hotel was walking distance to the venue and lots of food, drink and activities. Great hotel for the price!
Disliked: Nope. It was great!

One of the best value for money stays I had so far!
Liked: The hotel was well worth it. The location, close to China town and in walking distance to other attractions like Pier 39, was exactly what we needed. The room was basic but extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and super accommodating (we were able to check in already at 9am instead of 3pm and were offered a new room when our key card was not working properly).

Good room and location. Staff could use some customer service upskilling.
Liked: The room was roomy. The bathroom was clean, with well functioning water. The beds were comfortable. The location is great.
Disliked: The staff was not very pleasant. The receptionist doesn't say the basic 'hello' and smiles in a fake way. Attending staff just pulls your dishes aggressively while you are still eating your breakfast from it. The rest of the experience was fine, though, although a bit pricey, but I guess that's because of the location.
