Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff very happy with that. And the TV channels actually worked
Disliked: The shower was very old and can piss quicker than the pressure that come out

Liked: The Staff was polite. The room was okay and the food was good.
Disliked: The room was cold. I complained and the heater was switched on but not enough to heat the room. We ended up in blankets all night.

Disliked: No WiFi, the furniture in the room was terrible, had all flaking paint on side board and headboard. The WiFi didn’t reach the bedroom, overall for the price I wasn’t satisfied with the condition of the room

Liked: The staff were excellent but the quality of the property is poor, dingy bar area and the layout throughout dated.
Disliked: The staff.

Nice location for our needs.

Liked: Clean spacious rooms.
Disliked: Parking was limited due to 2 large functions so had to park my car in front of the bins and then move it in the early hours once the functions had dispersed.Had to wait over 30 mins at the check in desk to be seen. However the member of staff that did attend was very efficient and friendly. The 2 large functions didn’t finish until the early hours which were incredibly loud and meant I was awake until at least 2am after 4.5 hour drive.
