Liked: Friendly, quiet site. Luxury room was fantastic! Everything was so well thought out. I’ve never found decaf tea bags in my room anywhere I’ve stayed before, small thoughtful touches like that mean I’ll book to stay every time I visit the area in future.
Disliked: Nothing

Great place to stay overall.

Liked: Lovely grounds. The room and the bathrooms were spacious and on a par with a good hotel. There was also a bar / restaurant on site with a nice outside seating area.
Disliked: A little disappointed with the small outside space looking directly into the building opposite and the main pathway to the restaurant running between. (not a deal breaker). The room description on Booking.com was a little ambiguous stating 'garden views' on the room we selected. The sign to the entrance was not that clear and we dove past it initially (then did the same thing from the other direction.

Liked: I love the relaxed feel to the place. Sitting outside at the bar with music in the back ground and watching the lovely dog wondering around with the chickens. Very chilled out. We were able to enter our room earlier than 4pm which was great. Room was beautiful, they had put the air con on to cool the room before we arrived which was amazing after a 3hr drive in nearly 30 degree heat. Everyone was welcoming. Will definitely return. Thank you.
