Liked: The whole place was lovely , lots of character and the room was spacious and comfy. Breakfast was also excellent and the hosts very friendly and helpful

Liked: A lovely, friendly couple run this accommodation where the breakfast is fantastic and you are guaranteed off road private parking.
Disliked: There was nothing that I did not like

A very charming home.

Liked: Charming, spacious and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff, Lorraine served our breakfast and was very accommodating and full of positive fun and happiness. Stephen and Liz are absolutely delightful, full of local information and very kind. We will definitely stay there again if we are visiting the area.
Disliked: A very warm spell meant we needed both windows open, and unfortunately there was some disruptive dog barking AM and PM.

Liked: Everything was lovely.Room was comfy and cosy.Me and my partner and doggie slept very well.Breakfast was lovely.I also had a fresh fruit salad.It was just over a mile to walk to the see front.We had glorious weather so it was just lovely.Theres a takeaway and coop just round the corner.Stephen and his wife, we’re very friendly and accommodating.Stephen had great knowledge of the area and the Band B its self.Would recommend to any one.
Disliked: We loved everything….

Sunny break in Felixstowe

Liked: Lovely spacious room with a fridge and a microwave. Very friendly hosts and delicious breakfasts.
Disliked: The room was quite light in the mornings with lightly coloured curtains and no blinds.
