Liked: This place should be called a motel. Just run down and old. Poorly remodeled and craftsmanship. The room was pretty big though on the positive side. A family was clearly living on-site and seemed to be using the public areas as it's home. The staff was polite, but not very professional. Overall, I would rather have paid a little more for a better place.

Liked: Staff was very nice at check in
Disliked: Not clean. Outdated. TV didn’t work. Thin walls could hear everything in the next rooms over. Roach in the bathroom. Poor lighting in parking area.

Disliked: The rooms were very dirty and smelly, if we didn't have hot water it would be good if we had heat, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Disliked: This place was so nasty dirty. Nobody would come to the desk to check in after calling both phone numbers several times. Very run down and needs a deep cleaning.

Disliked: I stopped at this hotel because of a snowstorm in Kansas and searched for the nearest option without looking into it too deeply. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was polite and handled the check-in process well. However, as I made my way to the room, the atmosphere felt unsettling, and the people around were quite strange. As I was entering my room, a random man approached me and asked for my room number. I asked if he worked at the hotel, and he laughed, saying he didn’t. This made me feel extremely vulnerable and unsafe.When I finally entered the room, I was shocked. The sheets smelled awful, the room had a filthy and outdated appearance, and there was a strong odor of sweat lingering in the air. The furniture was extremely old and dirty. I stayed in the room for no more than 20 minutes, left the key at the front desk, and immediately checked out.

Disappointed

Liked: Not open at 6:00 am. Never got any
Disliked: There were no coffee cups or coffee supplies in room, even though there was a coffee maker. Also, we could only get one channel (weather channel) on the tv.

Good budget hotel

Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was limited to coffee and granola bars (but it was free).
