A nice and comfortable room...

Liked: Property is in good location 1 minute away from the beach. We had the beach facing balcony, therefore the view was great. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable. The free parking was also a big advantage.
Disliked: I did like everything.

Disliked: TV did not work. Balcony butted up to a roof of the house next door.

The location is the best...

Liked: The location is the best thing going for this hotel. The king size bed was very comfortable which for me is a must. I had a small view from my balcony down the alley of the ocean.
Disliked: I think the carpet on the stairs and in the hallway desperately needs to be changed out. The no curtain in the bathroom was not good as water is all over the floor despite my best efforts to keep it isolated in the shower area, making the floor extremely dangerous and slippery when wet.

Liked: Close to all things Hermosa beach. The staff was very kind and pleasant.
Disliked: The rooms are very ‘cold’ regarding the decor. A dresser or place to put your clothes vs living out of the suitcase would be nice. Also, when the last ‘king’ room is the only available room and it is the handicap accessible room, consider reaching out to the customer to let them know. It is a horrible room for a stay. While they moved us we lost time to do things as we felt more comfortable waiting to move our personal belongings ourselves.
