Superb

The suite we stayed in...

Liked: Comfortable suite with nice kitchenette. Breakfast was good with nice variety of options. Easy access to room. Well maintained and clean.
Disliked: The TV in lounge area was not hooked up correctly so could not use ( did not ask for assist as we were there only a short time). Several times the key card did not work well to open room. It was difficult to regulate the room temperature.

I will never stay here...

Liked: The outside back patio area
Disliked: It was unclean, the pool had dead bugs in the bottom and the hot tub was broken. We had to ask them to turn the lights in the pool area because they didn’t turn them on. The room was very unclean, especially the bathroom and kitchen area. The dishes were still in the dishwasher, which yes, there was a sign “dishes in dishwasher are clean” but I didn’t trust it, given everything else. The furniture in the room is TERRIBLE. One hard plastic couch and a broken tiny armchair. The two chairs at the kitchen counter were mismatched. One was an office chair, one was an old wooden chair. I don’t normally complain, but because we paid A LOT to stay in a SUITE, I was irate.
