Liked: I liked that it had movie channels in the room.
Disliked: The receptionist was not welcoming and she seemed pissy. I had to call zero to get her to the front desk and I heard her say ugh from the back room. She got to the desk and said we aren’t checking anyone in until 3pm. I told her we had gotten the confirmation to come between 2-3pm. We were there at 2:40pm and another lady from the back room said yeah there was a note put on our reservation and she kept on saying I’m not checking anyone in until 3pm. Pictures on website showed there was a fire pit outside and there was none. Also the amenities said we’d have a bathtub in the room and there wasn’t one.

Liked: This is a well-kept hotel with a good location, easy to reach, and nice and clean.Breakfast was excellent with a variety of food to choose from. I like the scrambled eggs with vagi.

Liked: The facility was clean.
Disliked: The male staff was incredibly rude and made everyone uncomfortable. The hot tub wasn't warm, and even though we were pretty much the only people in the hotel, we felt as if we were a nuisance. The employee kept coming up to us asking if we knew people from another Grand Stay located in Faribault, and if we did, he used to be her boss, and whatever she said it wasn't true. We never once said we knew anyone from the GrandSTAY.
