Liked: Great location, nice big and clean rooms. Beds were comfortable. Nice free breakfast. Carrie checked us in and was amazing. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Liked: It was a comfortable hotel with a positive and professional staff. All rooms were clean and ready.
Disliked: The rooms were furnished appropriately, but I would have liked additional grab bars in the bathtu/ shower for all patrons. You may even add a night light switch in the bathroom for nightly access.

Awful .. won’t be staying...

Disliked: Staff was rude and inconsiderate. Had to extend my stay and staff said she couldn’t find my reservation. She looked at her computer for 2 seconds said I have no more check ins and went to the back room. Never came back out made no effort to find my reservation or help make a new one. Room was dirty. Crumbs all over the floor food still in the fridge from previous guest half the dishes gone. Went for breakfast about 30 min before it ended and she had it cleaned up and said nothing when we asked where breakfast was, just walked away and hid in the back like the rest of the staff. Tried calling the desk several times the morning of check out. No one ever answers. Could never find staff except the house keeper that kept coming in my room starting at 8 am. After I requested a late check out. Due to being kept up all night by the noise above me and outside the room due to the kids and the elevator. Quality of the hotel was ok. Needs major updates. Staff needs training most should be fired. Will never stay again
