Great employee, but overall needs...

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. Getting me all the extra towels, pillows, and things I needed. The location was great, close by to what i planned to do and many amenities nearby.
Disliked: They were severely understaffed. One employee should no be required to do all those different roles. The pool room needs some serious work; from the hot tub being broken, to the floor drains not effectively working and causing safety concerns with slipping. I had booked a suite room for me and my two kids, and things were not properly prepared for such. Had to go ask for more pillows, a whole other set of towels, and should have gotten more blankets for the pullout couch in the livingroom area. The room hadn't come with a do not disturb sign, the dishes that were supposedly clean in the dishwasher, had visible food on them(no soap available to clean them myself).missing silverware(for a room that comes with a stovetop/kitchen), wrong coffee pods so anytime I wanted coffee I had to go down to the lobby.Broken tub drain/plug.Overall just left feeling a bit meh, and drained.

Very dissatisfied, will not be...

Liked: The room was nice and the beds were comfortable, but it upsets me that I have more negatives than positives.
Disliked: The hot tub was shut down and apparently it’s been like that for months with no mention of it anywhere. I couldn’t get into the pool with my room key or my room and had to get a new card that barely worked half the time. The bathroom was horrendous, the hair dryer hardly worked and there were cracks all over the walls. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor which I had no idea would happen. I don’t believe I’ll be staying here again.

Liked: Free breakfast was sparse but food ok; not much else to like.
Disliked: Room was dirty and smelled bad, sofa bed didn't have any bedding so a blood-stained mattress was visible, and clerk at the front desk was dismissive.
