Not great.

Liked: The area around was a good spot to be in for the hotel.
Disliked: We switched rooms three times. The first two was because the pull out bed we needed to use one stained and the other one ripped up the cover wasn’t on it because it was broken at the zipper. It was horrible and was not cleaned what so ever.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Property needs to be updated. Chipping paint and various ceilings are damaged in my room. Holes in some of the hallway walls. The mattresses were softer than I prefer. Small towels and rough sheets. The pictures in the listing did not show the condition of the property.

Liked: Walking distance to everything, Lewis the desk clerk upon check in and out. His sincere smile made us Southern visitors feel welcome there. He went above and beyond getting cooking pans to warm up our leftovers. Now we know they are not supplied at all these type of facilities. Apple Valley is a very nice area. Felt safe. Able to walk and get all the supplies we needed. Breakfast was good. 3 full days there any longer we would have left due to jack hammers. Will ask from now on upon check in.
Disliked: Construction noices 3 stories up from street. Autumns' inability to answer simple questions. Communication issues for sure. The kitchen wasn't clean. Dishwasher full of dishes even though they don't supply kitchen items ? Ice bucket had trash in it. Fridge door on wrong side. Very rough looking bathroom floors. Needs some love. The housekeeping supervisor needs to check. Think they must give booking.com the worst or leftovers. The pool was tiny. There was only 1 working wash machine. No juice 3 days we were there.

Not the best but ok

Liked: It was a decent hotel, pretty clean, didnt stink, it was pretty quiet, and everything worked as it should in the hotel room.
Disliked: The breakfast wasnt all that great, the bed was too soft and uncomfortable.

Liked: Nice quiet room. Comfortable bed
Disliked: No silverware in our room, the juice machine was broken at breakfast

Disliked: Beds were not comfortable, ceiling had water damage in bathroom and main room. Outside tables had garbage on it for 3 days, not cleaned up at all. Breakfast biscuits were hard, coffee was not filled. Outside door locks did not work.
