Liked: The breakfast was very good with a good variety of options. Service in the dining area was very good for our large party.Our room was clean & comfortable.The artwork throughout the hotel is visually delightful.
Disliked: No complaints for our short stay

I enjoyed my stay minus...

Liked: This was my second time staying at this hotel. Last year was phenomenal, clean rooms, staff friendly and attentive. This year it was like pulling teeth to request a late check out. - driving from Illinois to request an early check in and requesting a late check out the staff wasn’t accommodating. I’ll keep that in mind next year when searching for a hotel.
Disliked: It was difficult to request a late check out. I stayed purposely at the hotel due to location convenience, but I truly needed a late check due to driving over 12 hours, and the event I needed to attend. Since it was a late night event. I didn’t fall asleep until 3am, I didn’t call the front desk by 7am bc I basically just got in from my late night event. I felt the staff wasn’t accommodating which made it difficult and I’ll probably make sure next year, I’ll search for a hotel with late check out accommodations without all the red tape filled with excuses.

Liked: The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The kids loved the pool. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We had a great experience.

High-quality for reasonable price...it exceeded...

Liked: Stunning, high-quality, grand resort at reasonable price this April. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met: all were extremely professional, courteous, attentive, and helpful. Only minor negative experience was the feel of the bed, a bit more firm than I prefer. Generous-sized bathrooms with great water pressure! Everwhere inside, even in the well-appointed elevators, there was an amazing soft frangrance which added to the overall experience. Finial restaurant, on the main floor, dinner was delicious, relaxing, and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Liked: It was comfortable and clean
Disliked: We showed up at 4 after a long day of helping a friend move. We were told our room was not ready. We had to sit at the bar and wait because we couldn't go anywhere to shower. There was no alert before had or we would have showered at a friends house. We had to wait a hour for our room. We were filthy and felt so uncomfortable at the bar. Then once we got in our room it had a view of rocks it was terrible. Also the door handle fell off. We have always loved our room there I didn't know there was a terrible room like that. The food was just okay actually kind of gross and the price was ridiculous for what we got.
