Great location, staff and breakfast

Liked: Location, room size and layout, we had a wheelchair accessible room because we wanted a shower not a bath, super helpful and efficient staff, breakfast was awesome, everything really
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Liked: We stayed at this hotel previously, so this was a return visit. Well located hotel and the staff are efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend it.

Very good

Liked: Awesome location and great breakfast. Nice spa facilities - a bit expensive though! The staff was quite accommodating too, as we got a changed new room after asking for a room with better view after initially getting a room with view blocked by walls.
Disliked: Not much, actually!

Good location, good service, plenty...

Liked: The location of the hotel is very close to the train station and also within walkable distance to the attractions (10 minutes to Powder Tower, 15-20 minute walk to the plaza, 25-30 minutes walk to the Charles Bridge. The hotel also had a restaurant in the hotel and a beer SPA. Plenty of restaurant options nearby as well. Breakfast was buffet style, with plenty of options. The room was mostly quiet, but at times I could hear when the doors from the other guests were being opened/closed when they were being slammed.
Disliked: The only minor problem I experienced was that the shower did not work properly; the faucet to the bathtub did work, but the valve to switch the water to shower appeared to be broken. I did not stay long enough to make it a big deal or change room.

Liked: Location was very good, hotel was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was first class
Disliked: Aircon was not up to a reasonable standard and wifi was clunky and slow.There was another issue with room but this was quickly dealt with.

Central Prague

Liked: Excellent staff. Happy to advise and help with any issue we had re where to go in Prague. Room was spotless and beds comfortable. Breakfast was incredible with vast selection of hot and cold offerings which were always kept resupplied. Location was easy walking distance to main square (clock) and tram stops & underground short walk. A real gem in such a busy city.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike
