Liked: Because my flight was delayed that night and I arrived quite late, and there was a system problem with booking.com, the room I originally booked with two single beds turned out to be a room with a king-size bed. The manager was very kind and helped me set up an extra bed so that my mother and I could have enough beds to sleep in, and he also quickly changed my room the next day. I will come again

Liked: The Room was Neat , Clean and Spacious . Staff was very helpful and customer service was great. They gave us one hour early check in and also accommodated us in a quiet room on request. Breakfast was superb and full of varieties. Location is central and old city attractions are accessible easily by walk. Palladium is 5 mins away and hotel is surrounded by a lot of kebab shops. Room service was very efficient and properly made our room. Overall we have a wonderful experience.
Disliked: Few things are not user friendly such as glass table in the room was squared with sharp edges, health & safety concern . Toiletries bottles were designed such a way it was difficult to use and toilet seat is also squared shaped . Water bottle was not complementary and price was mentioned .

Disliked: The rooms even-though they were spacious they lacked some basic things.1) there was no direct USB charging points…anywhere in the rooms.2) did not have any place in bathroom to keep the stuffs…..all the makeup kit and toiletries had to be somehow pilled up in a small space on the sink top.3) the tiles in the balcony where loose. Very risky.4) no complimentary drinking water bottles!5) sofa cum bed was not foldable…..it was always kept opened and kept as a single bed. :(6) Iron-board was broken from down and was not firm enough.
