Go for executive room

Liked: Our Executive room 323 was simply AMAZING. Huge, newly renovated, tastefully furnished and with 4m high ceiling, it dwarfs most of 5* hotels suites — and I know what I am talking about.Location is very convenient, and so is the private parking right in front of the main entrance.
Disliked: Breakfast could benefit from more variety, however it was so cheap that I just cannot complain.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent and the Garden restaurant (where breakfast was served) was very cosy, warm and friendly
Disliked: the room 303 was near an elevator and there was noise of mechanism from early morning to early night

Liked: We used the hotel for work, it suited us that the railway station was nearby, the trams went to the exhibition center in front of the house.The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean.

Liked: The location was great, across the road from the train station and the room was very nice.
Disliked: For the very expensive price, the breakfast was ok but not enough variety, just above average food selection with staff not cleaning vacated tables and not refilling bacon etc until asked to. Also the spa was being renovated and not in use. Also the place advertised air conditioning which was inactive as it's not warm weather so this choice was unavailable with the room too warm and uncomfortable to sleep in.
