We liked it very much!
Liked: Everyone was very kind! The minibar didnt work when we checked in, and in an hour it was ok! They solved it soon.

Liked: The hotel location is excellent with lovely views over the market square. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Disliked: The lighting in the bedroom could be better, especially near the bedroom mirror. It would be nice to have a smart TV in the room, which is becoming standard in many hotels now.

Liked: Good hotel right in the city center.
Disliked: The early check-in option is too expensive. It was about one third of the single-night room price in my case. I wanted to check in at 10:00 instead of 14:00.There was a live music at the square and my room was facing it. Luckily, it stopped a while after 22:00. If you are an early sleeper, asking for a room on the other side of the building could help.

Liked: As a regular visitor to Brno, I have stayed at the Grandezza at least a dozen times. It's in a great location in the centre of the city. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food and service in the restaurant are both very good. Having tried numerous restaurants in the city, it's easily one of the best for dinner.
