Liked: Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Cold air conditioning.
Disliked: I was a little surprised to see that there were not many ice machines. They’re spread out multiple floors between them. So I wish there was a nice machine on every floor. And I wish there was a washer and dryer on every floor because when we needed to use it, it was hard to Find it available because so many other people were using it because it’s like every three floors, there is a washer and dryer.

Liked: The property was kept clean and the staff made sure towels were stocked by the pools. Staff was also very nice and friendly.
Disliked: Not sure about the other rooms, but the only mirror is in the bathroom. Makes it hard for women to do hair and makeup while another person is showering . There was enough room

Loved, loved, loved it!

Liked: I absolutely loved everything about this resort! Our stay was amazing! Very kid friendly. Lots to do. Activities every day! Location couldn’t have been more perfect! From check in to check out!
Disliked: No complaints whatsoever!

Exceptional

Liked: The outdoor pool areas were great! The only negative thing I can say is I wish the roof top pool area had areas where shade was available.
Disliked: Most of the staff I interacted with seemed like they didn’t want to be there, if they even spoke to you at all. We had to rearrange living room furniture to use the Murphy bed. No ice bucket to use. One elevator stopped working for days. Parking is a nightmare. Had a 1/2” gap under our door and had to slam it to shut it all the way or it could just be pushed open, no key required. Will not return here to stay.

Peaceful and hated to leave.

Liked: I loved the view and rooftop pool. All staff was very nice and patient.
Disliked: Smoke detectors were sensitive. Just the heat from the stove when opening would trigger the alarms & ice machines were kind of out of sight. Other than that, property is really nice.

Disliked: Too small pools only went to 3 Ft Kitchen way to small Roaches spotted downstairs on 1 st Floor
