I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at Grande Beach Resort.Upon arrival, I was dismayed to find several significant issues with the room, including a broken window, dirty linen, and bugs on the bed. Despite the friendliness and assistance of your customer service team, the overall state of the room was unacceptable, leading us to check out at 11:40 PM.After a long 15-hour drive from Massachusetts, it was incredibly frustrating to find the accommodations unprepared. Thankfully, after some effort, we were able to find another hotel, as three others we reached out to were either fully booked or unable to accommodate us at such short notice.I feel it is important to share my experience, as I will be leaving a review to reflect these issues.
