Disliked: This is 5 star hotel but in my opinion it only deserves 4. Breakfast’s are boring and from 5 star hotel I expect more variety of dishes. No water in the room.

Liked: Warm and friendly welcome at check in. We dropped off our bags before returning a rental car to the airport and on returning to the hotel later to check in our bags we’re already in our room. Nice touch. Indeed all staff we met were helpful and warm…breakfast team especially. Good location, not too far to walk to old town and city centre. Room was a good size with a side view to the sea. Clean and spacious with open plan bath / shower area. Very nice breakfast room on 6th floor with views over the Adriatic.
Disliked: It’s peak season admittedly but the hotel is overpriced in my opinion..clearly playing on its location and lack of alternatives right in the city..Paper cups in room for tea / coffee Cheap kettle- no pod machine Poor quality and worn bath towels.

Liked: It‘a right by the seaside, which is lovely. We had rooms which were directed to the back of the building, but were happy about it, because the traffic can be noisy in the evening.
Disliked: The pool area is nice, however, as it can get really hot, some unbrellas would be nice. Also, the music up there is so loud, which makes it hard to relax.
