Won’t be staying in Blackhawk...

Liked: The staff was exceptional! Starting with the front desk, and everyone I encountered! The room was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was impressive:) some things were a little dated but super clean and nice.

Liked: the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I get vertigo easily. taking elevators affects it so I always take the stairs. They do not have a set of emergency stairs. I thought it was a building code requirement, but it is on native land; I guess. I did not bring in all of my stuff from the car. The elevator/stair situation played a factor, but more importantly I got lost for about an hour going between the room through an active casino and somewhere specific is the elevator for the parking garage. I came to play poker and after checking in, getting lost and frustrated I went to bed upset at about 3 am. I failed to put up the do not disturb sign and was woke up by a "cop-knock" style housekeeper at 9 am sharp. She then was loud AF so I just got up and checked out. P.S. you have to go in the bathroom and shut the door to be able to sit on the toilet. I have worked in hospitality for over 5 years and this was bad.

Liked: Room was good once we moved into another room due to thermostat issues. Breakfast at The Grill was AWESOME...Delicious & a great deal. Thank You!!
