Liked: Great location and beautiful grounds.
Disliked: This property DOES NOT feel like a Waldorf Astoria, except for the prices. This feels like an average Hilton in almost all ways, except for the lovely grounds.

Liked: Helpful and friendly staff, beautiful location.
Disliked: Facility was under construction when we were there. I did not received anything that says otherwise during my reservation. Some of the cabanas looks old.

Liked: Top notch facilities Staff trained really well. Another world. Everything thought out including the facilities gardens and rooms.
Disliked: Entertainers in.bar could improve,. Also can't they sing some Hawaiian songs? . Luau food was good but it was only warm by the time it was served.. The entertainment was excellent, particularly the narrator. Swimming pools and slides are wonderful

Disliked: Firstly , when we checked in the Room and package of the Napua Lounge I booked with Booking.com I was told didn’t exist together .I showed them my booking confirmation, was offered a lower quality room to meet the package terms ,in short we had to fight to get that we booked and paid for . In the end we did , but we were treated like liars .
