Liked: excellent rooms, and the slide pool was great for the grandkids. The village was great. Aoki restaurant accommodated all 20 of us and the food and service was to die for. The pictures taken were amazing and what a great place for memories and fun.
Disliked: Not all pools were heated. But the ocean was fantastic!

Always a great time.

Liked: Vallet and Bellmen were awesome and always super friendly greating.
Disliked: The elevators are a bit slow and often had to wait quite a bit of time for one to come to the floor or down to the lobby. There was even times there was a line up in the lobby to get an elevator to go up.

Huge resort with overcrowding and...

Liked: Room amenities are nice. Beach access is nice and shopping on site.
Disliked: Too big, didn’t use half the amenities, hard to contact staff, pool was overcrowded and small children in the hot tub, lines to get into elevators, at far end of Waikiki.

Liked: The complex is a little dated but kept in very good condition. Extremely clean and daily housekeeping was of a very high standard. The Hilton lagoon was loved by the children. The apartment we stayed in was well set up and very comfortable - full kitchen and modern washer and dryer.
Disliked: There isn’t an on-site gym in this building but can be accessed in other buildings of the Hilton. The pools in general at the Hilton are dated and cold. Hilton in general is well set up but a longish walk to centre of town. View from apartment was called partial ocean but really could only see the ocean from the balcony.

Liked: That everything was super convenient. With my elderly parents it was easy to get around and the restaurants were only a short walk away. And we loved the 8th floor hospitality room. It’s nice when you have a late flight home.
Disliked: Not much to complain about. Our tvs didn’t screen mirror which we tried to do a couple of times but that’s not much to worry about.

Nice hotel, but too many...

Liked: The room was nice. Great bed. Good vies from the 28th floor. The beach had great snorkeling-lots of exotic fish. Pretty good location on the end of Waikiki, so it's a bit out of the main foot traffic of that area.
Disliked: There is very little shade at the pools and no umbrellas unless you want to rent a shaded chez lounge for $120(!!!) per day. Same at the beach - you had to rent umbrellas and chairs if you wanted to stay out of the burning sun. For this kind of hotel, I expect that to be free. Also parking is $75 per night! And a hot dog by the pool was $22. Felt like every chance they get they overcharge you for extras.
