Very good

Liked: Location was excellent for my purposes. Excellent checking in. Room was very clean just a little dated but I was expecting that based on type of place and exterior look. Kind of a nice draw for my purposes. I would stay here again for my purposes with no hesitation.
Disliked: A microwave in my room would have been nice. I wanted to warm up my breakfast before a bike race and the front office was closed until 8am which had the microwave.

Disliked: The Wi-Fi was not strong enough to reach our room. We were on the end. Had to go outside to get a signal.

Liked: Well kept, straightforward premises and room.

The grounds were very peaceful...

Liked: The room was very clean and we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for what we planned to do while we were in the ADK's. Water pressure was insane, but in a good way. Owner very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I wasn't expecting so dated a place. It was like a throw back to the 60's. But, that was my misconception. I think some things need to be updated. Towels were threadbare, but useable. Still don't like no maid service since Covid. Not sure what the tip envelope is for?

Liked: Very nice owner
Disliked: Guests adjacent to my room pounded on the wall several times yelling that the music was to loud at 930pm . There was no music or noise of any sort coming from my room. When they were addressed about it , they said we'll we need to get up early for hiking and someone's making noise. No apologies. Beds were so dated and hard and pillows were dollar store. But the owner was a very pleasant man, so I didn't complain.
