Overall it was fine. I know now to ask about the deadbolt working and if there is a window.

Liked: The staff were very nice, and helpful.
Disliked: I was unable to lock the deadbolt. The girl at the front desk felt I was good as long as the key card worked. I know you can take the screws out and with a small tool, pop off the unit and get on. Just something to consider. I would have felt better having the ability to lock the deadbolt too. Especially with no windows or patio to open and escape if something happened.

Liked: They checked me in quickly and the customer service was great! The staff made me feel like it was home.
Disliked: The breakfast to small it needed to be bigger.

Liked: Easy to find due to their large sign and other landmarks (huge rooster) great location on the strip, comfortable beds and pillows, clean, large pool.
Disliked: Difficult seeing traffic coming on your left when pulling out of the parking lot. Could use more lighting in the bedroom area and a makeup mirror in the bathroom.

Over all a good stay.

Liked: The breakfast was good. The facility was nice
Disliked: The commodes are too low. Our air conditioner didn’t seem to be working as well as it should have been. Why the put the curtains over the air conditioner I’ll never understand. Unless you do something to hold the curtains back all the air goes under them. The unit was set on 65 and it felt like 80.

Meh...

Liked: The guy managing breakfast was friendly and always made sure there was food. It was clean. Housekeeping was friendly. My 10-year-old liked the pool and it was clean. The location is very close to the Tanger Outlets (I don't suggest walking it's like walking up a mountain to get back) There is a Walmart and Price Saver Grocery Store very close.
Disliked: The Bad: The AC struggled to keep the room cool (We put a box fan in front of it and it helped some) The beds were hard and uncomfortable (we had people in several rooms who said the same about the AC and beds). After 2 nights we had to buy a mattress topper to make the bed bearable. The bathroom is TINY and the shower head is very low My wife is 5'7" and it is chin-level. I'm 6'1" it was chest high. The shower gets scalding hot, not always bad, but be careful.The Meh: The breakfast was ok, the sitting area is pretty small and always packed. There is a $250 security deposit. The hotel is pretty old. They have a single ice machine and a small vending machine with snacks on the second floor. There is a vending machine with drinks in the dining area, but the door is shut most of the day. The area is very contested and can be a challenge.The Gee Whiz:If you use booking to book your room, the person on the registration has to check into the room and provide ID. Our Booking defaults to my wife and I've booked dozens of rooms, traveling with just me and my son for baseball, and have always been able to check in even with it under her name. Had she not been with us on this trip we would not have been able to check in.We had to add a night to our trip, so we booked the same room type the night before our 5-day reservation. The person checking us in would not let us stay in the first room, they wanted us to check out by 11 AM and check back in at 3 PM. I asked why they couldn't leave us in that room and move whoever was scheduled to check in to the room we were into the room we were going to be moved to. She said, "We just can't do that" I had to talk to a manager to make that happen. Overall, I would not stay here again...
