Very good

We had an awesome time...

Liked: The balcony was nice with the view and close to the beach. The room was very clean and comfortable. Really love the walking path and how nice everyone is. Will definitely return again.
Disliked: We did not have breakfast offered, but we were close to nice restaurants. The chairs on the balcony looked nice but not comfortable.

Liked: The location and value just can't be beat here.
Disliked: Been staying here every Summer for quite a few years and havent found a single negative with the property, other than in the shower the water fluctuates from hot to cold on its own

Liked: The rooms were clean and just across from the main city beach. Location was great! Overall, the resort was a nice property and well kept. Everything smelled clean and the hospitality was accommodating and friendly. I really appreciated that there were "loaner" beach chairs to use. This was super convenient and a pleasant surprise. I'd stay here again, I would just say expect fairly humble accommodations
Disliked: The resort is a bit dated. The front facade looks nice enough, the back could use a paint job for curb appeal. There's no elevator for 2nd or 3rd flood, which wasn't a huge issue for me, but i was traveling with elder parents. I just chose to house them on the main level and we took the upper room. There's no individual light switch for balconies or exterior hall, so bugs were attracted by the light making enjoying the beautiful view a little less pleasant. We would have loved to have been able to turn off our balcony light and enjoy the evening sights/sounds of the ocean.
