Very good

Clean, no frills location with...

Liked: Location! Location! Location! That is what the properties all about. Waking up to a sunrise is amazing!
Disliked: I didn’t live the patio light. It was mentioned n. The reviews, don’t was not a surprise. The first few nights it stayed on until 10:20ish. Our last night it turned off at 9pm and that was wonderful.

Exceptional

Beautiful views at oceanside motel.

Liked: Fantastic location overlooking the sea and just across the road to seaside footpath.
Disliked: Accessing the Appartment is via external wooden staircase x 2

I would return, definitely

Over all I would stay...

Liked: We enjoyed the room but could have been bigger and it was very clean. The View from our room was amazing with no complaints. Lighting was not an issue.
Disliked: Our complaint would be the stairs in the back of the building, being in the construction field the stairs could of been built a little wider and the hand railing is poorly designed with hardly anything to grab on too. Now I know why the reviews on the website were saying that they had people falling down the stairs. Also there wasn’t anything to put my wife’s make up and other cosmetics in the bathroom. Luckily there was a little table in the room and that’s what we used. Anyone reading this review please be careful using the stairs behind the building because when wet it can be dangerous. It’s not easy carrying you suitcase with one hand and trying to hold on to the railing with the other hand. Antistrip glue on strips would help but I can see it would beOver a problem when shoveling the snow off the stairs. Would do more research on a better system to make it safer to go up and down the 3- flights of stairs.

My stay was wonderful

Liked: The rooms was very clean and very nice accommodations. As someone who works in hospitality I was impressed.
Disliked: The rooms from mine to my mother in laws were very different with different amenities.

Exceptional

Liked: Super clean. Great views good location for easy access to only cafes in early morning and a great seafood restaurant. Beds were very comfortable and balcony was very safe and cozy showers were very hot. Also private parking lot easy to leave and enter the facility
Disliked: No over head lighting only adjustable lamp on table and small lamp for bed on bedside table but large sliding door allows lots of light during day
