Liked: Absolutely nothing it was too far from the resort and only had one bed. We never stayed in the room. We returned the key to the customer service counter where they said they had no rooms available with two beds.

I will stay there again

It was the worst hotel...

Liked: Literally nothing
Disliked: I made the reservation thinking about a relaxing time for my spouse and I. We got there and they could not find our reservation. I tried to book massages at the spa and nothing was available during our stay which was the one reason we picked that hotel. We scheduled to stay Friday and Saturday night. I asked at the front desk on Friday if we decided not to stay Saturday if I would be charged for Saturday and they said no. So I told them Friday we would be checking out on Saturday. And we still got charged for Friday and Saturday.

Liked: The room and the view from the shores was great. Clean, big enough, tv, kitchen, everything we needed.
Disliked: NO ELEVATOR! And no warning about no elevator at The Shores. Every time we left and came back my 80 year old mother had to climb 3 flights of stairs. Also, I wouldn't recommend The Shores for honeymooners. Apparently the walls are very thin.
