disappointed

Liked: The jacuzzi wasn't available on a Sunday for summer, it closed at 8pm. We had just traveled several hours in a car, looking to relax at a resort/spa. We arrived at 8:35pm to find out the jacuzzi was closed. Doesn't make sense at all.
Disliked: NO manager on site. Our room was also overlooking the rooftop of a building...horrible. We wanted to leave, but we couldn't get our money back becasue there was no manager on site

The resort is large and...

Liked: The resort is nicely landscaped and they had some nice amenities, if you have time to take advantage of them.
Disliked: The condo we stayed in was very outdated and expensive for what it was.
