Disappointing

OK for 2 nights, but...

Liked: Good location, staff were polite and friendly, breakfast choice was good
Disliked: Hotel is dated with tired decor. Whilst we were informed of ongoing works it was a shame it could be be done in winter. New beds being carried through reception not great. Bathroom very small in friends room and you couldn't really get in the toilet with the door opening. Tiles, cracked and dirty throughout, no complimentary water/biscuits in room. Pool full of foam/collection of scum. Kids free time, wasn't kids free. Again, tired and dirty. Pool was also quite cold. Layout of breakfast room cramped and difficult, whilst pastries in middle of room made passing difficult. Shouldn't have to pay for parking when paying that much for stay. No "no service" cards led to staff coming into room without knocking. Overall OK hotel, but not value for money, would expect much higher end for cost. Disappointing. Instructions for parking prior to arrival would also be helpful, along with button being on the other side of barrier upon exit.

Liked: Location was awesome, a stone throw away from the main beach
Disliked: The hotel could do with a freshen up with the room and buildings.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were lovely and accommodating, and we very much enjoyed our hour in the spa and the bathtub in our room.
Disliked: The view from our window was a little sad.

Disliked: Hotel is old, you have no see view acrually its even not a second line, but from photoes yous see enterance from the beach...

Disliked: The shower in the bath is a bit dated and difficult to control the temperature
