Very bad and I will...

Liked: Location was good like many others in the area… nothing special
Disliked: Cleaning, Air conditioning that works alongside the heaters. The property has no ventilation in the bathroom and everywhere there is a bad smell of dust.

Liked: The rooms were big and well kept.
Disliked: Some of the staff weren't friendly or helpful when I tried to check in.

Liked: Fresh, welcoming and great location.

Rough start but then very...

Liked: Everything was very nice but staff at check in were extremely unfriendly and the early check in that had been pre arranged as we had to be at family photos for a family wedding was not in computer. This was a drama none needs on their day. The manager Sophie was very nice about it but somehow front desk knew nothing about it . This is a big fail. Once desk spoke with her it was taken care but having to call the MOG and upset her was not necessary .
