Modern hotel with great views,...

Liked: Modern hotel with nice rooms and a view over Drummondville. Comfy king bed. Sofa and a relaxing chair are next to floor-to-ceiling windows. Breakfast is served on the top floor with 270 degree views.

Very comfortable stay assisted by...

Liked: Reception agent (Catherine) was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know very clearly (I am a uni-Anglo). We had no meals in the hotel so unable to comment. We did not use any other facilities. My wife needs elevator access so this hotel was great.
Disliked: Everything was fine.

Will definitely stay here again

Liked: The person at the check in went above and beyond to accommodate us (unfortunately I did not get his name). Clean, modern, good location.
Disliked: Beds were a bit soft and could do with some more pillows.

Excellent interior design suprised us

Liked: Unexpected modern interior design. Better than most chains.
Disliked: Location was away from city centre but convenient from the Transcanada hwy.

Very good

Liked: Easy check in, nice room. Carpet had crumbs so not vacuumed. I could hear my neighbour coughing thru adjoining door. Bed a little hard but I like a soft bed

Liked: It was nice and clean overall.Overall good and staff was great!
Disliked: I had felt it was a little bit dark compared to other hotels that I had been to, lighting could have been better.
