Liked: Love the location, restaurant!
Disliked: The picture of the room when I booked had a lake view, but I got only side view during the check in. For the lake view we had to upgrade. The guy in the reception never read the request that we put on our reservation. We had to remind him that we came to celebrate the birthday, and was wondering if they offer any welcome gifts. He pointed us to their restaurant saying that we get a free desert as a birthday gift, but at the restaurant that they said it’s not true, and they don’t offer it. Definitely would like to see an improved service from the reception. The staff at the restaurant was great!

Liked: The staff was great! From front desk to bartenders. So friendly and helpful. Patrice in the bar was so great and we loved her Finn 75
