friendly atmosphere, comfortable stay in...

Liked: always love the friendly and relaxed atmosphere. super convenient location, great amenities and wonderful bar restaurant. I must note that the bar manager is fantastic! (I hear she has an amazing singer voice and cannot wait to go back to hear her perform).
Disliked: minor problem: the door to the balcony would not close shut and let cold air in all night, the heat was either not working or working too well which didn’t allow for good control of temperature.

Liked: The location is perfect for a ski vacation. The room was spacious.
Disliked: I have stayed here twice before. The bar closed at 9pm on a Saturday night when the hotel was full? And when asked about check out and holding bags or late check out the staff was less than accommodating. The room while spacious was dated. The hotel has so much potential but falls a little short of great.

$10 Mattress in a Grand...

Liked: Proximity was nice but not really ski in and out. Meeting place was at Attitash not Bear peak so still had to drive over as shuttle ran useless beginning and end of day hours.
Disliked: Worse thing was the bed. A cheap thin mattress on plywood may fit in the wall nicely but is totally inappropriate for a "Grand" hotel. I woke up practically needing shoulder surgery. Need to at least put in a thick, plush mattress to offset the plywood in place of a box spring.

Fun, relaxing and enjoyable.

Liked: Location was great and restaurant exceptional.
Disliked: The restaurant was not open Monday and Tuesdays.

Disliked: Rude condo owner who erroneously mis interpreted an interaction with front desk, stuck her nose, opened her big mouth. Stupid
