Disappointing - 2.0 out of 5

Definitely cheaper options for better...

Liked: The location was good for our trip.
Disliked: We were roomed basically in the basement were the laundry room was,the smell was awful walking through to the room, other guests at hotel were awful at one point whist waiting to check out a lady was talking to reception lady when another guest who was waiting behind rudely interrupted the guest and told her she was taking too long and there was a line waiting behind (which I was part of) the guest looked quite embarrassed by this and it was not at any point corrected by the reception staff member,I felt the need to tell the rude lady that her behaviour was disgusting and unbelievably rude (the rest of us were waiting patiently. This was not a cheap 1 night stay it cost around £170 and the hotel was not worth that price IMHO
