Disliked: I would rate this a zero if i could. Mattress was rock hard, asked the staff for help to soften it. The receptionist said that he will bring an extra cover to see if that helps and said that there was no other rooms available. Waited 3 hours in that time they were saying they will get it. Left at 11.30pm as the bed was unsleepable. Along with unhelpful staff. £117 wasted with no refund or help offered.

Avoid. Far better available
Liked: Staff were lovely. Reasonable price.
Disliked: Small room that needed decor sorting. See picture of bed below… Hardly welcoming. Set in an industrial estate with little about.It included breakfast which by far was the worst I have ever had at a hotel. Both juice containers virtually empty, all the hot food warmers were cold and the selection was a joke! Turkey mini sausages, fried eggs (empty), cold beans and another one I can’t remember. Wish I’d have gone to McDonalds. The place looks like it was a fabulous place years ago but run down now in so many ways. Shame….. I wouldn’t return. Don’t think they care.
