Disliked: Had to go to another hotel around the corner to get some food in the evening....The "Free" breakfast was a bit of a joke....ok if you dont eat pork I guess...but I certainly dont want chicken sausages for breakfast, so I walked out...The room was very tired and dark...bathroom light not working...The staff were unhelpful...when I questioned the need to take a copy of my photo id the receptionist was very aggressive & unhelpful and basically said no id no stay...What I was NOT very happy about was once they had taken the copy of my driving licence it was just on top of a desk..... there was no security folder / cabernet to store customers sensitive information....this is unacceptable ...and against GDPR regulations ...Street light right outside my window kept me away, I had to barricade the window with pillows as the curtains were so thin...The whole area is a dump..very noisy due to heavy goods vehicles and skip lorries bouncing over speed humps...so be prepared to get worked up at 5 am like I was....also some very unsavoury people walking around inside and outside....No security visible ....and they wanted to take my photo ID ....absolute joke

Liked: Nothing is there to be liked about this property. It was horrible experience that we had.
Disliked: Again Nothing was good there in the property. Very bad rooms. Very poor bed, furniture and Bathroom. There was a wedding party going on with extremely loud noise until 12 pm. Drunk and high people walking all around. Very very cheap atmosphere. A complete unsafe feeling, rooms cannot be locked from inside. We decided to leave immediately as soon as we checked in. We raised complaint at hotel reception, they agreed to refund by raising a request and since then we called up booking.com customer service more than seven times, no resolve or refund done. It was the worst experience that we have ever had travelling all over the world.
