Liked: The location was perfect.
Disliked: The bathroom was in a sorry state. Shower head not working properly and a badly damaged sink. The bathroom was very dirty. Urine in the toilet. We paid £50 to park on the seafront only to be told we could is had a £10 a day voucher from the hotel. This was not mentioned until it was to late.

Functional and comfortable.

Liked: Room was comfortable, check in was easy with lockbox key and communication was very good.Everywhere was very clean and the facilities all worked well with a good shower.
Disliked: Everything was as expected for such a place. No complaints, nothing excelling.The check in lockbox is a little tricky, as is getting in the front door, we got used to it though.

Liked: Excellent location. Fantastically helpful staff, so nice and welcoming. Super clean. Value wise, on par with Brighton guest houses.
Disliked: Room 2 - shower not the best and can’t adjust it. Cannot open bedroom window at all (fan provided if too hot)

Liked: The location is good , the room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortble. The room was serviced daily whilst I was out. Early check was provided free of charge.
Disliked: The outside was shabby , there are no staff on site . The inside needs decorating . Access was texted to me and was via a key safe. There is no possibility of breakfast. There is no possibility of leaving your suitcases pre or post check in.

Liked: Bright, clean room. Quiet. Just a few minutes walk to the centre of Brighton. Close to good restaurants and tea/coffee places. I was by myself but felt very safe. Easy to find, landlord contacted me before I arrived.
