Disappointing for the cost.

Liked: Shuttle. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Disliked: We had very worn out towels. Mine had holes and rips in it. Reception unable to answer simple questions about breakfast offer. On flight path right up road outside. Someone close by reheated Chinese food at 3 or 4 in morning and it smelt terrible.

Dirty

Liked: This three star hotel should’ve been a two star hotel. The room was filthy. The shower was either scalding, hot or ice cold. The towels needed replacing. The shampoo holding mechanisms were not firmly attached to the wall. The only benefits of this hotel, where the excellent staff at the front desk/parking ,the ease of parking and the soundproof of the room we received.

Well located hotel with shuttle...

Liked: Efficient front desk. Nice rooms with everything we needed. Shuttle bus to airport. In Richmond, able to walk to nearby restaurants and a shopping mall. Car parking available (at extra charge). Better value and better located than some of the other airport hotels.
