Was ok but wouldn’t go...

Liked: Beds were comfy. Room was clean and staff friendly.
Disliked: Looking very tired. Needs upgrading. Many of the chairs in reception have torn upholstery. Shower wasn’t great. The one airport shuttle driver was very unfriendly. Breakfast start was late on day of departure.

Liked: It is right in the Center of Richmond city , across from Lansdowne mall. Many shops and Chinese grocery store! Convenient location for food and shopping
Disliked: Nothing

Avery pleasant surprise.

Liked: At the price I was not expecting what we encountered. The Grand Park exceeded all of my expectations. The entrance and lobby were very nice and welcoming, the service was superb, the room was very nice, clean and we particularly appreciated the walk-in shower which was great for my wife who faces some mobility challenges. I would recommend this hotel as superb value.
Disliked: The location was not what I expected.

Liked: Big bathroom, great restaurant, in airport convenience, on site spa/gym
Disliked: Sadly the spa facilities were not open during the hours of my stay. As it is an airport hotel, I assume many visitors only stay one night, and an earlier morning massage service would have been really helpful.
