The hotel is well kept, bright and pleasant. The room cleaning staff were very efficient and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place to access South...

Liked: A great downtown location for walking, once you navigate all the one way streets to get there by car!
Disliked: The room was very dark thanks to the proximity of a tower right next to my room.

Liked: The reception staff were nice and efficient
Disliked: The air conditioning was noisy.The fridge wasn't cold/plugged in when we arrived There was no iron with the ironing board There were many homeless people nearby.There were no glasses to drink from. Only paper cups. No jug or kettle to boil water for tea. Microwave only.It was way too expensive for the facilities provided and location.
