The hotel is well kept, bright and pleasant. The room cleaning staff were very efficient and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Liked: The front desk staff were most helpful, friendly and conscientious.

Great location, close to transit...

Liked: There wasn't sufficient information on how to find the complimentary breakfast. I was looking forward to it but for the life of me, I couldn't find where it was or who to ask. I went to the reception twice between 6am and 8am. Aside from that, the location was great, the rooms could have benefitted from an airing though.

Started out bad, ended ok.

Liked: The rooftop view and shared kitchen in the penthouse floor was a neat addition.
Disliked: The bedding was dirty, the electrical didn’t work. We asked for someone to fix it and no one did, nor did room service come and freshen up the room even after requesting. I had to repeatedly ask for these things to happen.
