Superb

Liked: Always a wonderful stay at Grand Palms Resort! Clean, spacious apartment style accommodations. My children love the Lazy River and arcade. Sadly, the arcade wasn't available this time. We enjoy the shuttle bus convenience and the wonderful, new playground.
Disliked: Arcade was closed without notice. Going upstairs to the second floor was a burden for a widow with 2 special needs children and no other adult. I will request a lower floor next time

I would definitely stay again!

Liked: The property was beautiful, accessible to everything, and had perfect amenities
Disliked: It was slightly confusing getting into the entrance.Also, I would recommend having a hairdryer in the master bedroom. Also, the secondary bathroom was not redone, so it was difficult to get in and out of the shower due to the height of the tub.

It's Pretty Cool

Liked: We loved the scenery and our two bedroom unit was very spacious!! Our children (including our teenager) enjoyed everything at the resort!! Everything was nearby even the convenience store at the end of the street I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Grand Palms 10/10. We'll usually book oceanfront resorts In Myrtle, but this was pretty dope. I see Surfside is more kid friendly!! My Family and I will be returning soon!!
Disliked: Soon as you arrive the front desk is demanding $100 that wasn't discussed during booking. We're used to paying everything upfront and it's usually included in the total!! When we got in our unit I wasn't so mad after all though !!
