The grounds were beautiful. The guest rooms were clean but very dated, there was an odor, the beds were very uncomfortable to me and my friends who were in a different room. I would not stay again

Liked: The outside looks amazing. The hotel room is old and out dated. The bathroom is filthy. Carpet is uncomfortable and dirty, needs to be deep clean. Toilets are cheap, they can easily change this out. The toilet is old and nasty looking. Place needs to wipe down properly with disinfectant and the room has a funky odour. Need better cleaners to properly clean this place down to perfection. Bed is rough on the back. No fridge or microwave in the room, got to pay for this extra. It you need somewhere to stay for a quick one night, you can go there but nothing more. Outside is beautiful buy I would not recommend going there. I didn't even want to go back after day 1.
Disliked: I didnt like much. Just the outside. This place has potential. Need better cleaners, someone should ensure that rooms are clean properly before guest goes in. Bathroom is fithly. Carpet is uncomfortable on the feet, feels yucky. Got to have your sandals on throughout. I've never stayed at hotel like this that the room gross you out.

One of the worst experience...

Liked: The location was close to many restaurants and malls.
Disliked: First of all they charge $14 for parking, this is something we are not accustoms to see in any of the hotels we stay in acept New York city. Second we were told they did not receive the fact that we needed a disabled room for my wife, so they had to change our room from a King size bed to 2 double beds. Once we got in the room it was a 4 as far as cleanes, the carpet look old and dirty, the bathroom floor was sticky. Then we did not have a fridge and microwave in the room. My wife medicine needs to be refrigerated, when I try to call the front desk the phone did not work. So I went to the front desk and ask where was the fridge and microwave, I explain that my wife needs it for her medicine. And the phone didn't work. The lady in the front desk said that the manager does not come till Monday. But they will get me the fridge and microwave for an additional $15. The next day the toilet back up, when to the front desk aa couple of times even ask for a plunger, I told her that my wife has a bowel problem and needs the toilet she was rude and kept telling me that the maintenance men will be coming when he is finish with his other job. Finally the maintenance men shows up with a plunger and in his house sandals. Willy said that he lives there in the building and he was watching TV, and he just got the call 5 minutes ago. When I approach the front desk she was rude and ask me did it get fix, I said yes it did, she said ok then. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. If I don't hear from someone I will never use Booking.com again and will make sure all my friends, customers and family learn about this.
