I loved it all and...

Liked: The welcoming staff were friendly and great at communication. Easy to find, walking distance to all things needed. The Sunrise and Sunsets were stunning. I was surprise there were luggage trolleys and a lift to get to my room, so grateful not to have to do multiple trips. Within minutes of arriving I was on the upstairs terrace with a glass of wine enjoying the view.
Disliked: I loved it all.

Convenience to everything

Liked: Convenience to area and beach over the road. Very comfortable bed. Laundry facilities in appartment. Great cafes and restaurants nearby. Good value for money.
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Had a great time, just...

Liked: Location was fantastic, able to park car and walk to everything
Disliked: It was very noisy. The water feature in the main lobby which was opposite our studio room was dreadful. It ran each day until midnight then come back on at 520 am each morning and sounded like water was gushing everywhere, very annoying, maybe don't have it come back on until at least 6-630 am. Also found the front desk lady quite rude and not very approachable. To top it off, after having the price I thought I was being charged through Booking.com to actually be more on my credit card and then find out that the actual hotel charged me their own surcharge fees on top, never have I had this happen before, would not book there again for that reason.

Liked: I didn't have breakfast and the traffic was a bit loud ,and the door at the front needs a little work
Disliked: The traffic and the front door needs attention

Liked: Great location, walking distance to maroochydore, moololaba and couple minutes to alex surf club.

Not sure we’d book again

Liked: It was local for what we needed
Disliked: Don’t stay in room 26! We were right next to the pool pump that rain all day and night, so got zero sleep and our bedroom was right next to it. We also had the worst parking bay in the car park, the last park right down the bottom against the wall.
